Order processing

1.10 Upon receipt of your payment, your order will be processed as quickly as possible, 

Shipments are made:

The items will be sent out in UK by Royal Mail and are INCLUDED in the price. For International customers please contact us using the contact us page.

If problems after receiving the order :
– if the error comes from our side , you will be compensated in full, contact us..

-any sealed unused Jar of honey or product will be refunded in full no problem as long as in saleable condition minus postage and charges. As soon as I receive the item back please contact me prior.

-any Jar of honey which has been lost due to the postal system I will forward on proof of postage so a claim can be made from Royal Mail by yourself.

-from time to time things do not always go to plan I may make a mistake as I am also a human being so please be patient and if the fault is at my end I will resolve.

-if postage costs change after you have made a payment I will notify you of the additional charges if you are not happy then I will issue a full refund

The customer has to check the condition of the items delivered. Any anomaly (missing item, damaged package, broken product …) must necessarily be indicated in the 14 days at Yemeni Sidr Honey, following receipt. Conditions of exchange and return for refund Items returned must be new and in perfect condition. They should be returned in a condition for their re marketing.

I reserve the right to refuse a sale or respond to any questions queries sales that I feel are not appropriate.

Any refunds issued because of change of mind or international orders not agreed prior will be refunded minus PayPal costs.
